पन्‍त धान 10	55-65	यह कि‍स्‍म 110 से 115 दि‍न में पक जाती है। यह कि‍स्‍म बुन्‍देलखण्‍ड को छोडकर उत्‍तर प्रदेश सभी मैदानी क्षेत्रों के लि‍ए उपयुक्‍त है
पन्‍त धान 12	55-60	यह कि‍स्‍म 115 से 120 दि‍न में पक जाती है। यह कि‍स्‍म बुन्‍देलखण्‍ड को छोडकर उत्‍तर प्रदेश सभी मैदानी क्षेत्रों के लि‍ए उपयुक्‍त है
पूसा सुगंध 2 (Pusa Sugandh-2)	45-50	A semi-dwarf, high yielding variety possessing typical basmati quality. Extra-long grains with strong aroma and almost twice elongation on cooking. Soft texture, good mouth feel and appealing taste. Matures in 120 days (Seed to seed). suitable for cultivation in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Western Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal under multiple cropping system.
पूसा बासमती 1 (Pusa Basmati-1)	45	A semi-dwarf, high yielding basmati rice variety suitable for cultivation in the Basmati growing areas of north western India. Excellent grain and cooking quality, Soft texture, pleasent aroma. Matures in 135 days (Seed to seed) with potential yield of 60-70 q/ha and average yield 45 q/ha. Contributes about 50% of the total basmati export from India. Well suited for rice wheat croping system in North India.
उन्‍नत पूसा बासमती 1 (Unnatt Pusa Basmati-1)(Pusa-1460)	45-50	पूसा बासमती 1 को झुलसा रोग कं प्रती प्रतीरोधी बनाने के लि‍ए इस प्रजाति‍ का सुधार चि‍न्‍हक आधारि‍त वि‍धि से कि‍या गया है। यह कि‍स्‍म पककर तैयार होने में 145 दि‍न का समय लेती है। कि‍सानो के यहां कि‍ए गए प्रदर्शन में उन्‍नत पूसा बासमती 1 की उपज 22-26 कु./एकड पाई गई है।
पूसा बासमती 6 (pusa-1401)	50-55	यह उपज क्षमता, सस्‍य लक्षणों और पकने के गुणो में पूसा 1121 का एक उन्‍नत प्रारूप है। यह प्रजाति‍ अगस्‍त 2008 में वि‍मोचि‍त की गई। पूसा बासमती 1121 की तुलना में इसकी ऊचाई कम होती है जि‍सके कारण यह गि‍रती नही है। इसके दाने समान आकर के होते हैं। यह अत्‍यंधि‍क सुगंधि‍त ओर 4 प्रति‍शत से कम दुधि‍या दाने वाली कि‍स्‍म है इसकी कुल अवधि‍ 150 दि‍न है तथा औसत उपज 20-25 कु./एकड है।
यामि‍नी (C.S.R.-30)	40-45	यह बासमती धान की एक अच्‍छी कि‍स्‍म है इसके चावल पतले, लम्‍बे, मुलायम एचं खुसबूदार होते हैं। इसका औसत कद 150/160 से.मी. होता है तथा पकने के लि‍ए 155 दि‍न का समय लेती है। इसकी औसत उपज 13 कु/एकड है। यह प्रजाति‍ क्षारि‍य मृदा में खेती के लि‍ए अच्‍छी पाई गई है।

पूसा सुगंध 5 (Pusa Sugandh-5) (Pusa 2511)	65-70	Extra-long grains with strong aroma. Matures in 125-130 days (Seed to seed) with average yield of 65-70 q/ha. suitable for cultivation in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Western Uttar Pradesh and J & K. This variety is suitable for irrigated transplanted condition under rice-wheat croping system and has tolerance to shattering. It is resistant to gallumidge, brown spot and moderately resistant to leaf folder and blast
पूसा 4 (Pusa-4)	60	High yielding variety suitable for Kerala, Karnataka and most popular in Delhi, Haryana and Punjab. Matures in 140-145 days (Seed to seed)with potential yield 60-70 q/ha. High yielding with strong stem, has tolerance to shattering, suitable for machine harvesting.
पूसा 1121 (Pusa 1121)	40	Suitable for whole Basmati growing region of India. Plant height 110-120 cm. Total duration of crop from seed to seed 140-145 days. Matures a fort-night earlier than Taraori Basmati. Grain longer and better in cooking compared to Taraori Basmati. Average grain yield 40 q/ha. Low input, high yield and better for export.
पूसा आर.एच. 10 (Pusa R.H.10)	65	Worlds first superfine grain aromatic rice hybrid possessing typical Basmati quality traits. Strongly scanted, long slender grain with almost twice elongation on cooking. Matures in 110-115 days (Seed to seed) with potential yield of 65 q/ha. Saving in irrigation, very high per day productivity and overall profitability. Tolerance to major insect pest and diseases. Suitable for cultivation in the North Indian states Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Western Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal.
जल्‍दी धान-13 (Jaldi Dhan-13)	60	Suitable for drought pron area of west Bengal. It is bold seeded early maturing variety which matures in 90-95 days.
पीएनआर 546 (PNR-546)	66	Suitable for rainfed areas of West Bengal. It is an aromatic fine grain rice variety which matures in about 110 days.
